Keshini left the BBC a while ago now, and as far as I know Anita was doing a report for a NZ current affairs programme a month ago in London.

Was the 1100GMT bulletin simulcast on N24 or other BBC channels? 'cause Lyse Doucet presented the programme as "BBCNews" (no "from BBC World") and an old orange sting carrying just the BBCNEWS logo without the BBCWORLD one at the bottom was played.

Yes, the BBC World was simulcast on N24 from 1100hrs until the break at 1140hrs during News Extra. N24 is currently simulcasting the One O'Clock News from BBC1.

As I said in the News 24 thread that I was confused. Why was BBC W simulcasted on N24?

N24 have been having internal comms problems all day, so took World for 45 mins between 11 and 11.45 with Lyse Doucet.

You'll find that happens when a link is published. Last time it was Vatican TV which filled it.

If you leave it long enough it will revert to BBC World


Just not a brilliant idea to publises these things...

I don't know whether this has been reported before. Anyway BBC World is currently advertising on Eurosport. Because of this the ads are being shown on British Eurosport as well.

Yes I saw an ad on BBC World for Eurosport, for a sec I thought I were watching Eurosport International Embarassed
