So, who's got a new hairdo today on BBC News?

I am getting terrible sound and picture quality right now on BBC World, and it seems to be only at the same time of the day, and eventually perfects itself again when The World starts at midnight. Anyone else having problems? It is bad between 7 pm and mdnight. (3pm and 8pm UK time).
