I think you're talking about Rico Hizon who is in the London's Newsroom at the moment for his first time doing the evening shift.
This Guy Ronalds is the presenter who did the afternoon shift.
Anyway, quite strange to see Manisha moved from London to New York, Zeinab Badawi from London to Washington and Rico Hizon from Singapore to London.

Hello Everyone!
You must be kidding that you haven't heard about him! Well I don't remember to his name, but he was reporting from Asia. I saw him several times in the morning when he was reporting about the Asian markets (it was like in the 10 o'clock bulletin from the LSE).

Can anyone recall who was in the newsroom when the news of the 9/11 terrorist attacks broke?
IT
Stephen Cole was on in the morning as usual, but it was Nisha Pillai who was on duty when the attacks happened. BBC World was in the middle of Sport Today with Rob Bonnet, and he handed quickly back to Nisha. IIRC, she messed it up a little by saying the second attack was a replay of the first, when in fact it was live. I suppose, given the circumstances, it was an easy mistake to make. After all, one wouldn't have expected two planes to crash into the WTC within minutes of each other. After the first plane crash, it wasn't immediately evident that it was a terrorist attack. It was only after the second one that people started to realise it was pre-planned.
Anyway, Nisha was replaced by Nik Gowing, who anchored much of the afternoon's coverage. My memory is foggy here, but I think there was some form of joint BBC News Special in the early evening (a simulcast with BBC1 and N24 - am I right?) and then Philip Hayton took over as usual at 20.00 BST.
