LOL - right on!!!!!
Hey Rob, could u advise me on something.
Check out this product at LIDL, great price, BUT what English channels could i potentially get. BBC WORLD for sure right??
Sat Equip
You could use that setup to receive BBC WORLD - it really depends where you are in the UK. If you live in the south, I've heard you can get away with a 60cm dish, but I'm in the north, and have an 80cm dish. BBC WORLD is on HotBird in digital, so that system should be able to receive it. What I'd do is telephone a local satellite expert/installer and ask them whether the dish included would be big enough.
There aren't many other English speaking channels which are FTA on HotBird - most of them are foreign, but of course, you do get BBC WORLD.
Hope that's of some help to you. Maybe someone with a bit more knowledge could also help?

I agree. I *must* hear the new countdown if I'm going to capture it and say I got it off a legit source.
Maybe the latest string of members like News 25 and News 48 are to blame for the loss of the stream?
Maybe? Definitely.

As I don't have a satellite pointing in the right direction, and no working stream, can someone make sure they capture the midnight TOTH.

Not much English stuff (well unless you get a subscription to Digital+), on Astra19.2E, you get BBC World, Sky News, DW-TV, CNN International no subscription, all FREE.
