Thanks for your updates of who is doing what. I have found it particularly useful during the last days when I have been without access to my Beloved Channel! However, I am back on line today.

Adrian and Manisha were an excellent pairing on TWT this morning. Well done indeed and in need of some permanence???? I assume that Martine Dennis is on holiday?

(Harshy - as an aside - after your comments on the other thread, I flew Singapore to Phuket on Tiger Airways this morning. It was the most turbulent flight I ever had in my life. Crew were good though.................... So what's the liklehood of a presenter resghuffle at World then? Looking at Pojjozs daily postings, there has been a different presenter on TWT every day this week so far. Maybe they are looking for someone to replace Eades, who the BBC has just realised is a terrible anchor.)

I'm happy that you've found it useful. I'm sure Martine is on holiday and others as well. Presenters I saw in the last two weeks: Lindsey Brancher, Mike Embley, Alastair Yates, Nik Gowing, Zeinab Badawi (The World), Adrian Finighan, David Eades, David Jessel and Lucy Hockings.
I miss Lyse Doucet very much. This summer I think Lucy Hockings does much of the work. We can see her every day in a four hour shift. Last year Martine Dennis made such an amount of presenting.

It would be great to see if Adrian could take over Davids spot in The World Today, but David isn't all that bad, and they've seem to of lost the Business and Sport stings in asia today now, dont know why, theres only every been one ad in it.

I'm now wondering about Hardtalk. Is it recorded in N6? I have never realised that. Confused

Mike Embley for a second shift!
+Something went wrong with the lights. The shadow of the presenter's head can be seen on the presenter's body. I can't understand. Last weekend there was a maintainence, wasn't it.

Hi Pojjoz

Adrian Finighan was once again the - excellent - anchor of TWT and the two following bulletins, just to complete your line-up above.

Mike Embley must be doing a marathon yesterday!!!

Kind regards,
James

HI

Thank you! Unfortunately I missed this morning's TWT.
Can you tell me how are the shifts sorted during the weekends? 6hrs instead of 4?

Weekends usually go something like (British time): 0600-1200, 1200-1900, 1900-0100. For you Europeans, that would be 0700-1300, 1300-2000, 2000-0200.

Youve always sorta been able to see the shadow on presenters but I think the lights have been turned up and made brighter, because you can also sort of see there reflection behind then on that clear screen thingee, unless its had a wipe down.
