I saw the BBC World TOTH at 9.00 (BST) (due to a technical fault with N24 Sunday) and I did like the world headline bed. It was much more dramatic than the N24 one. I do see the point about the titles though - the timing was wrong and the video kept on jerking. I notice that it was BBC World from BBC News all though I always thought that it was BBC News from BBC World as BBC World is the channel isn't it?

Ive noticed that the video to the titles has been jolty since theyve been in N6 and also whenever bbc world are in N6 the astons are not transparent... also the Music is never timed at the correct time with video anymore and hasnt been for ages, silly eh!

In Spain where I was on holiday, there was usually one ad break every half hour with 2 or 3 ads but we also got quite a lot of the breakfiller aswell. Luckily, there are no opt-outs in Spain so during all the attempts to bomb London on the 21st, we didn't opt-out like others.
I noticed a few times that all the graphics went off the screen (faded - no animation) and the screen went to a smaller picture with a message telling people "Some viewers now join regional programming" or "Welcome to viewers just joining us". Both had a centred BBC World logo at the bottom. Now, this was when it was broadcasting News 24, so how do World get a clean version of News 24 without graphics (unless News 24 removed graphics for a few minutes).

When BBC World take News 24, they put their own graphics on, rather than using News 24's.

HA
It's meant to be BBC News from BBC World, but unfortunately no one is bothered to correct this, so there are now inconsistancies where they shouldn't be...
I said earlier that the TOG maybe coming from the World gallery, but I doubt it now as the titles are all out of sync and the TOG itself is jittery, maybe this is another TOG computer at work on a low spec machine.

Yeah, but I would have thought they would just overlay News 24's. I guess they get a clean feed of News 24 then?

Yep I think World have access to a clean feed of News 24, but even the clean feed will have the live aston on it, it's only astons using TOG that can be removed from the clear feed.
