He goes on the World set fairly often, he does shifts on World from time to time and when he presents the overnight simulcasts on News 24 / BBC World, he is in the World studio occasionally

Oh yeah that could be it, I actually had forgotten that Surprised

I don't know if 'state of the art' is the right phrase for it but it is the new New York studio for WBR and indeed all BBC News.

Well that could well be happening, but there could also be a few minor changes during the day. Nothing to drmatic so don't get excited. Just a little rearrangment of the funiture

Is it a little area for News Extra? I've seen ads for it now. I could be wrong.

World Business Report and Sport Today set N6 has moved the main seat to more in the middle, and I noticed just then the main pretsenter shot and the handover shot seem almost desk height looking up at the presenter I quite like it and hope they remain, as camer shots change all the time.

And im liking Adrians presenting style, he even told us that Sally has finished for the day. Also when Adrian handed to Sally, the camera shot was quite low to down to the right, and Sally would turn a couple of times to the camera and give a big cheesy grin! rather funny if you ask me!

It would be nice if they change the backdrop graphics for both WBR and sport today; they are quite bad IMO.The design of that part of the studio was quite brilliant and quite versatile, it is a shame they came up with such bad backgrounds;hope they do something about it.

Well I'm stuck at my desk at the moment so can't see World on N24. Is it just that the desk has been brought into the middle of the studio? And where's Sport and Business coming from?

I've seen a business weather of the Asia Pacific region presented by Matt Taylor at 7.59GMT.

World Business report, has gained a new set BBC News style from new studios, with a backdrop looking over Manhattan in New York, and I must say that Tanya Beckett feels more comfortable presenting from there... very nice imo.

Also in N6 (the world, world business report and sport today set.) has had its presenter seating altered to the other side of the big desk. I think it is much better on that side, and the live cross' look good too.

I also noticed yesterday that they showed a new camera shot of presenter and plasma on BBC World, i quite like it as the same shot was shown for presenter and studio guest.

This has been bothering me...

I was watching World Business Report on BBC World the other day (one day last week- cant remember) - and they featured an interview 'live from New York' - but when the camera went to the interviewee- it looked as though they were sitting in the National News studio in London- was it just me?!
