My thoughts were correct - due to Adrian's shifts during this last week on World and N24 (more than usual), it meant that it was likely that a strange face would appear on World to cover his weekend shift. Today (Saturday) it appeared to be Anya Sitaram. Let's hope we see more of her doing BBCW bulletins. She was quite good and excellent journalist.
Anita was really grim and dreary today, hardly smiled and didn't carry out her farewells very nicely. Very short and curt and abrupt.
Reminded me today of Cruella de Ville from 101 Dalmations!! (And I must be the biggest ANITA FAN anywhere, so she must have been grim if I'm complaining!)
The white screen was up again on Thursday and Friday, but had disappeared again by today. I am still waitin on one of you BBC World experts or insiders to tell me what this screen is. (See my post slightly higher up on this thread.)
