Yesterday at 7pm Jamie Robertson was doing the business, later the 2245GMT World Business Report was presented by that Aarhuna Hyanghahghgaharh (or something like that). Was that somthing unusual or has the introduction of more editions of WBR also brought in a fourth business shift?

I guess you mean the 2145 GMT edition (it's 2245 GMT in winter and 2145 GMT in summer).
This edition is presented by a different business presenter because the presenter who does the 2030 GMT edition presents Business Today on News 24 at that time.
Normally they use the presenter who's been doing the Business News on BBCi during the day for the 2145 GMT edition.

I see. Oh, and is the 0130BST edition pre-recorded?

It is a repeat of the first part of the 2130 edition. As is the 2330 programme.

People around the Pacific should get tired of watching always the same edition of WBR during their daytime...

Huge technical problems on BBCWorld... the 1800GMT failed to start and began four minutes later.

I think I've spotted the change...
Was it my imagination, or did I see a big new frosted white desk in the BBC WORLD second set on the WBR during The World Today? I've only briefly caught the screen at various points as I've been doing paperwork through the night, but I could have sworn I saw a large semi-circular desk in place of the previous "half-moon" wood desk that was there before.
...or perhaps the lack of sleep has finally caught up with me, and I imagined the whole thing.
