Hey, speak italiano?
Speaking about technical faults on BBCWorld just a few moments ago, while Kirsty Lang was reading news in brief, her text must have disappeared and she messed all up, but she ended smiling.
What made Darshini so beautiful today was her lipstick.

Going back to Dominic Denatale, does anyone know what happened to him? He was the new anchor for World business for a while wasnt he? I really like his style of presenting, it was very fresh. Is he still presenting business for other channels?

I'm going to be careful here and say that he left the BBC, although some members suggest that he did this involuntarily (i.e. suggestions he was fired).

EDIT: Sky News Forums

It appears he's become freelance, probably. Last appearance beginning of March.

Yay! Just seen Anita McNaught live in Windsor! on New Zealand Close-up current affairs programme! I must say her hair is much longer quite like it used to be before she had practically no hair! But good to see her on TV again

Who is presenting TWT this week? I only ask, as I saw David Eades on over the weekend, which is unusual for him. He is normally strictly a TWT weekday man.

David Eades was over this weekend? What shift did he do? That's very strange, the only time I saw him presenting out of his usual shift was on new year's eve early evening. Anyway, last week he presented TWT on Wednesday and Thursday (Monday: Emma Jane Kirby/David Jessel, Tuesday: Emma Jane Kirby/MArtine Dennis, Friday Martine Dennis). This morning still David Eades.

By the way, in the last few days I saw Manisha Tank on TWT, I had never seen at that early morning time.

Just noticed that the weather ident has returned to BBC World today. Much better! It felt so disjointed with the presenter handing over to the weather forecaster, who was actually pre-recorded. It's better with the ident in between. Its reappearance makes it the channel's oldest presentation device currently in use. I believe it was introduced in April 2000 when the major relaunch took place.

Yes, quite interesting changes there at the moment:
Sally Bundock is at the stock exchange now, Manisha Tank has taken over her role on TWT and Jamie Robertson has taken over Manisha's shift. Can anyone confirm if this is a permanent change?

Well Sally is at the Stock Exchange for Breakfast as Declan Curry, the normal reporter, is on an election tour around Britain. I imagine it is easier for her to stay there and report, rather than move between TV centre and central London.
