Do BBC World really think it will earn some money by showing the rolling text every 15 minutes and some awful adverts of itself?

More like their new crap style of broadcasting, well they need the money so they have to these things now.

Well the more times BBC World air each advert, the more money they get from the relevant companies. Because BBC World is a commercial channel, it has to keep itself afloat financially, unlike the rest of the BBC News programmes, which get their funding from the licence fee.

If they had chosen to show more adverts I would have understood but, I mean, all those PuttingNewsFirst fake-interview adverts are just rubbish which, I guess, do not bring any money to BBC World...

Of course what they're saying is true but the interview sounds so false... The fact that they're talking to nobody and doing it just for commercial purpose. I don't know, I just hate those adverts...

Fake? Could you elaborate, please? Because here i am thinking that all they say is true - they're quite convincing, if you ask me.

Yes, it was so odd... Anya Sitaram must have been late because of the traffic in London.

What's wrong with World at the moment? They're showing a recorded bulletin.
