Of course with Jay Wynne, the big shock is that the 'Oh God' wasn't preceded by an 'erm'.

I'm not sure that the nightime weather graphic plus a man in a black suit really works

Jay Wynne has looked like a floating head, shirt collar and hands all this week so far Laughing

Have the BBC decided to down light the presenter on the forecasts now? No matter what time of day the forecaster seems to be less prominent now.

I've also noticed some dodgy lighting lately, and the presenters suffering a bit of a green tinge around the edges. Have they moved to a temporary studio or something? It's looked really quite poor on occasions.

Does anyone else think that ever since the News Channel launched it last look under the News 24 brand that it is unnecessary to remove the DOG and clock during the weather forecast. Granted the old Tower was obtrusive and the ticker does get in the way of the captions but why not just remove the ticker and keep the DOG and clock. They used to keep the clock on screen during the Cream era.

I prefer it when it goes, to be honest. There's no real need for it and it would have to leave for the promos/countdown anyway.

Maybe I'm looking too much into this, but have the BBC started using a green rather than blue screen in the weather studio? I just keep seeing reflections of green on the presenters' faces.

I don't like BBC's weather. On BBC World it just pops out of nowhere and when I watch the weather I feel like it's a different channel. Why can;t they have the nice transition from anchor to weather with some communication like at CNN.
