George is presenting the Ten tonight, he seems to be doing a good job so far.

Well, he just finished and he did a very good job. I wonder where Huw is because according to the Radio Times, he was suppose to be presenting tonight.

Er, Rome maybe? For someone who usually bangs on about uni being the be all and end all of life, you don't seem to be as bright as i'd expect of a uni student!

Then on Saturday, we have the Royal wedding, he's presenting that! Dont you ever think before you post!! Of course George did a good job, its what hes paid handsomely for!! Rolling Eyes

According to the Radio Times the pope hasn't died and its the Royal Wedding tommorow, you make it sound like a change of presenter is a criminal offence

Have you visited The Lounge recently, Winifred? You might want to have a little look. There's a good thread on a certain troll I think we all know and hate.

Ffs, my point winifred, is that George has presented the 10 o'clock news numerous times in the past. He has presented many hundreds of news broadcasts over the years hes worked at the BBC, so you'd think that on any day, like today, he'd be able to present just as competently! It doesnt warrant a reply here, no-one cares, its not significant! In the space of a couple of mins, how could you make such a judgement. You made the post at 10.03, taking into account the time to actually search and make your post, you must have seen george on screen for less than 2mins, over half of which would have been reading the headlines - how can you judge 'a good job' in that tiny time frame when he did nothing particularly taxing!!

For the interest of everyone Winifred, how old are you, what are you studying and where? That would help us in constructing our replies to your posts, because, at the moment, as you seem about 12, people will just talk down to you all the time otherwise!

Now, now no need to swear Laughing . Like I said before I'm a good judge of competency. I don't need a long time to determine someones capabilities. Very Happy

Why should I reveal my age to a loser like you? Confused If I don't want to answer a question I won't. I'm not a saddo like you who takes TV forum far too seriously. Laughing
