Recorded, and the strap is HUGE.

And it's a recorded hour - think it's the first time they've done that on BBC NC even during a strike?

Yep and it's the 11am bulletin, that 'recorded' aston seems to be a bit shaky though.

Do they even need to strike one long bar at the top of the screen that says "recorded?" It's just distracting!

Recorded bulletin with Alice on World too!

I presume it's to cover up LIVE and Local Time bugs, but that's huge.

The ticker is blank too. You'd have thought they'd have had a neater way of doing this, if only for DR purposes.

For the second time, this horrendous RECORDED bug has showed up.

5 live seems to be unaffected to far - presenter Shelagh Fogarty has broken the strike along with news reader Rachael Hodges, sports presenter Will Perry, business man Dominic Laurie. I think Shelagh Fogarty has always been on strike before. So this might not be particularly well supported...

... and now recorded breaking news on Pistorious on both World and NC. Very Happy

I wonder if there are any restrictions on the BBC playing reports filed prior to the strike. Would the Unions have issue with that?

I wouldn't have thought so, if that was an issue then there'd be very few programmes going out either
