It used to contain the (static) BBC News tower from time to time, so having a DOG on screen is nothing new. Seems like it's here to stay this time though, as you say.

Yay at Declan being back on it. Also the fix with the bug I noticed didnt have the "BBC News Podcast" endboard, it looked like it was just taken off air and bunged online...
