BBC Regions incorrect on Sky EPG

Umm...I don't think so.

I think he is paying tribute to HTV West newsreader, Bruce Hockin, who retired a few years ago.

Yes, Look East is being transmitted but with the London EPG info. I've noticed that for the next week the (Freeview) EPG is correctly showing Look East on the EPG, but sometimes it does show BBC London News.

Trauma is still appearing instead of The Look East Years on Wednesday at 7:30 though (but the correct programme is being transmitted). As a previous poster mentioned, the English regions are only showing the regional news programme on the EPG, not any special programmes that opt out from the network.

If I remember correctly from the last time we had this debate...

It was the case that there was the facility for single programme names to be changed accross board ie every version of the programme on BBC ONE hence BBC One North West having North West Tonight at 1.30 in the afternoon.

I would have thought that an EPG shouldn't be too hard to be altered? much more simpler than the actual opting of the local centre out of the network feed. It could be down to the person who's job it'd be though.

Glad you pointed that out, been annoying me for months that "tonight" is always on the EPG no matter what time of day it is !!! Evil or Very Mad

At about 11am I checked the EPG, says London News. Check it at the time of local news, changes to North West Tonight (which for me, it's supposed to)
