Are any nations or regions using a title sequence older than BBC Alba's An Là, which has been on its original look since September 2008?

If it’s anything like Look North Yorkshire expect it to sound like someone has got the indian tablas out.

That's a harder sounding version of the Spotlight theme tune.

Only South East Today have a really distinctive and unique theme so maybe its a remix of that?

You mean the Channel Islands because that sounds a bit hard?

Now BBC Look North North East & Cumbria has got the correct image, we can see Ripon has made it into both the title screens of NE&C and Yorkshire.

It isn't Ripon that surprises me. It's York...

Look North Yorkshire has their titles for less then a year and Now it has to change again.

This is what you get when you have regions doing their own changes at various times alongside network wide changes.

We’ve seen stuff like that before, such as when NWT launched a striking new look, that lasted not very long before the next national roll out.

Presumably there is a hybrid Yorkshire/Yorkshire and Lincolnshire version for Breakfast (on plasmas in the studio etc) and any contingency/strike joint Look Norths in the future?

South Today's current titles have been in use since 2014.

Reporting Scotland got tweaked colour wise when the new studio got launched. After that there have been subtle updates to the titles themselves.

South East Today's titles and theme have also been in use since 2014, when the new set was introduced.

I don’t think there needs to be, as on Look North Breakfast all you see is a tight shot of the presenter and then a slightly wider shot, with no plasmas in view.

Unless they should happen to decide to change the choice of camera shots used, as part of Monday's changes.

It looks a bit silly for the Channel Islands who, without a distinct programme name, have just 'Channel Islands' plonked in big text. At least London, who have a similar problem, use a BBC logo above to solve the problem, and give an actual name that flows. Would have been much better to do that, or just use its other name, 'Channel Island News'.
