There's still titles for Look East (West), South Today (Oxford) and Channel Islands News to launch at 6.30 in addition to Newsline.

I hope so!
They didn't bother this afternoon.
Northern Ireland will be getting Reith-ed at 6.30pm with tonight’s Newsline.

There are probably also different titles for Look East (East) to come.
I wonder if we've actually seen half the East and West titles as the pan region titles seem to alternate between East and West locations.

Check Declan Harvey’s Instagram post and he has a screen capture of some Reith being used.

A night time version of NWT’s titles just tweeted by Roger Johnson
For the first time since 2011, @BBCNWT gets a makeover on TV tonight. New titles, graphics and stings. Lots of them too. Here's a taster with the main night time titles. How many iconic NW locations do you recognise? pic.twitter.com/nesWfEyLIa

It would be inadequate if the pan-regional titles did anything other than that!
It could be that the only difference between South Today's (Southampton) pan-regional titles and their "Berkshire-and-southwards only" ones is that the single token image from north of the Ridgeway (depicting a part of Oxford city centre) is replaced with something else, but the rest of the sequence is identical across both versions. Plus the mixture of scrolling place names either being inclusive or exclusive of Oxon/Bucks/Swindon localities.
But I actually suspect that every region/sub-region will have filmed loads of locations, with a view to having multiple variants of the titles. I say this, based on how comparatively "obscure" some of the imagery seen in today's various lunchtime titles were. Not necessarily the most iconic choices of views and/or the perspective from which they were filmed, in some cases. All of which, I applaud.
