BBC Parliament - Out of Synch?

Watched BBC Parl. off Divis tx on DTT tonight - the sound and vision are not in synch on two boxes - a PACE DTVA and a Daewoo. Anyone else experiencing the problem as well?

The vision/audio sync issue is also evident on DSAT.
