anyone watch the breakfast bulletins on bbc nwt I did think rhat naomi cornwell had settled in and now we get jane cheetam the stand in weather woman her "good morning" is very poor and without enthusiasm hoipefully she will get better like naomi eventualy did the news is read so off the autocue its unbelievable!!!! very dull carole lowe is much better ion thursday and friday!!!!
bring back nigel jay and fiona trot!!!t fiona was excellent at the morning news !!!!!!shame shes now seen occaasionally on bbc news shes a good presenter!!!!!

In Gordon's newsletter, he mentioned how Nigel made everyone nervous when he woked at the BBC because he always arrived so late. If that was the case when he was driving to work, I can't imagine he'd inspire confidence when arriving by narrowboat.

Introduced as 'the news with Kate Silverton and Asad Ahmed (London?)' which was followed after the national headlines by the News 24 sports presenter telling what was to come 'later in the hour' (presumably the News 24 feed)

Problems with BBC NW or a national difficulty?
Sounds like you got the network BBC1 announcment (BBC London) but at the moment London opt out for their own headlines meaning that News 24 can carry the sport headlines.
