Looks like a nightclub... maybe Ranvir will sing the news [sorry]

Regional opt...only half a second but still worried - i saw a big chunk of blue on top of red...

Well, we've had the first peek, and what a wierd anouncment...

"This is the BBC in the north west, coming up, the regional news with Gordon burns and Ranvir Singh. But first, the national news from London."

No mention of who's presenting the National news, or that it's on BBC one.

Just seen a hot of Gordon on his hown reading headlines as part of the national headlines, just a teaser, looks like a blue strip behind him on the screen, wasn't expecting any blue, I thought predominantly red & white....can't wait for 25 mins!

I quite like it.

I like that, although logo/text looks out of place.

including details about the titles, theres different versions for lunchtime, evening late, Satuday and Sunday.


Now a thing of the past, but still better than some of sets of other regions...

Still using the old desk then I see, but some proper sofas in the soft area, which is good.

It looks quite vibrant although I wasn't expecting the blue. I wonder if the window will still be there?

Looking at the relaunch section on the NWT website, it doesn't look like we'll have the National titles - the shots around the region will remain but with different sequences.

"The panels can change colour to reflect whether the Politics Show or North West Tonight is being recorded"
