I have to raise the matter up.

On the forever related subject as mentioned in the BBC Breakfast thread.

Does anyone have any hope that BBC NWT will get a NBH style set at some time?

Or will we be the "lesser" partner since we moved there first.

So the only hope will be "if" BBC Breakfast updates the set?

How often do you think we should be paying for a new set to be installed? The current set is a lot more NBH inspired than most of the region's, and an awful lot newer, and better equipped. Other than it being your local region, is there any reason why NWT should get a new set ahead of the likes of Norwich, Hull or Newcastle who all have N6 based sets?

Well there in my view there still seems to be a view that some have of having BBC Breakfast move out of the studio shared with BBC NWT and I think that NWT is being kind of forgotten in all of these debates.

Plus NWT had a TC7-esque size studio before moving to MediaCity.

Personally NWT has one of the better soft regional sets, outputs in HD (alas in SD at the moment) and can do a lot more with those screens than BBC London for example.
