Why doesn't North West Tonight broadcast from the newsroom for its BBC Breakfast bulletins?
That's what BBC London News does, and it would be easier than using the BBC Breakfast Studio.

They do? They broadcast from a screen and desk that is used for the Sunday politics and the news bulletins for the Andrew Marr show. Their breakfast bulletins are not from their evening bulletin studio/ BBC Breakfast studio.

They don't use the Breakfast studio, it's a small studio usually used for the Breakfast bulletins and down the line interviews from Salford. I imagine setting up a broadcast area in the newsroom is much more complicated, and I'm sure they wouldn't make things unnecessarily complicated for themselves either.

BBC London News don't broadcast from the newsroom technically either, it's just a CSO backdrop.

BBC North West breakfast bulletins come from a small set in the corner of their newsroom.

BBC London breakfast bulletins (normally) come from Studio A in NBH.

So, billy something, you couldn't be more wrong if you tried. The situation is completely the opposite to your proposition.

BBC Londons bulletins come from BBC Three's 60 Second Studio F. This is Hypocrisy at its best

Not really. One comes from a studio, one comes from a newsroom. The opposite ones to that were suggested.

AFAIWA London were using A. They definately have in the past.

London use Studio F for the breakfast and weekend bulletins. Still the point stands that what billy something suggested was somewhat back to front.

F is only used on Saturday. Sunday bulletins come from A.

When BBC London are coming from studio F are they the sustaining feed or has the necessary for opting being put into both studios?

Is there a reason Saturday is in F but Sunday in A?

I believe it's to do with staffing levels which are minimal as during Breakfast on weekday mornings. Saturday bulletins in the old studio were always fixed shots controlled from the gallery.

Thanks for clearing it up!
I clearly was very uninformed about what came from where!

The other reason why the NW Breakfast opts couldn't be from the Breakfast studio is that the same space is also used for the news bulletin during Andrew Marr's show
