Surely he's going to be pretty unpopular with his colleagues after this. On second thoughts, as a travel presenter, he is probably never around anyway!! He's probably getting a nice bonus from the management as well!!
And isn't this an excellent career opportunity... Wouldn't be surprised to see him back in the not to distant future on this mornings performance.

You would not think that the BBC were on strike with the quality of this hours business update with Julia at the LSE. She is in the main LSE Atrium, and actually presenting a very good bulletin. She is bringing market news, and linking to reports.
The second Breaking News story of the day, reuters reporting that a Car Bonb has exploded at a baghdad restaurant. Sky news have a strap up about it, not sure on ITV NC, but the question is, would BBC News 24 or BBC World cover this if they weren't on strike??
