N24 countdown was fine into 00:00

a recorded bulletin from bbc world with a n24 dog at the top!!

So, it's coming up to midnight.

Will people on radio just down tools and walk out onto the picket lines?

Or will it be more controlled?

Presenter from Birmingham has just signed off, news still in motion

EDIT: Okay news has finished, mixed to a promo, and now five hours of some pre-recorded sports greatest moments thingy....????

BBC World is also showing the same recorded bulletin with a RECORDED Dog at the top left corner. It did use the generic titles, though.

Interesting, wonder if they can eek out the the 11:00-11:30 bulletin all night?

So how long do you think we are going to get this recorded bulletin for before it is updated???

Radio Five Live has this pre-recorded century of sporting moments

BBC1 is in a film so we won't know much more until 00:50
BBc2 is in a film till 01:30
BBC3 is in a pint of lager....... until 00:30 although it is computer playout
BBC4 some doc until 00:30 but also computer playout so shouldn't be any probs
BBC News 24 - Recorded BBC World bulletin and a dodgy DOG in top left corner
BBC World - Unkown at the moment, assuming the pre-record that's on N24

News 24 have replaced the BBC World logo for the News 24 logo with the clock.

Patrick Lunt read the midnight bulletin on Radio 2, and gave a timecheck and a promise for a 1am bulletin at the end (embarrasingly I can't remember if he's still employed or not).

Janice Long has begun her show (apparently without anyone to produce it) and presumably from a studio adjacent to the one Phil Williams has just left

And the Radio 4 news has just finished but I didn't catch who the newsreader was (David someone) but whoever he is he's doing continuity as well.

I wonder who's behind that then??? isn't a technically a difficult peice of gear to operate?? (the computer that runs the tower).

News 24 don't have 'cameramen'.

They still have the BBC News 24 DOG in the top left though.
