Hi, can someone please upload a compiled list with info and/ or video of which BBC bulletins come from which set and studio ie N6, NBH etc and which bulletins use real or green screen sets, including main network bulletins and the News Channel. Also, which News sets are multi used for other BBC shows? I find it odd and intriguing sometimes when the presenter is interviewing somebody clearly on a green screen and we see it as an actual screen, then what does the presenter actually see or are they acting?
I am already aware that ITN is totally full green screen and some Sky bulletins, including Sunrise use green screen.
Apologies if such a compiled list already exists but I cant find any.
Thanks.

It’s amazing what you can find when you use the “Search” box...

To be fair a lot of results don’t come up in the search results.

Thanks, I know a bit more now.
But really I just wanted to know the names of each studio, its location, and what programmes its generally used and whether or not its green screen?
I thought maybe someone had already compiled such a list, without my scrolling through fragmented bits of information in the search box.

It's on Wikipedia — https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Broadcasting_House#Studios

That's an interesting read , Thanks Justin.
So none of the main BBC1 bulletins or News Channel output comes from the virtual/ green screen Studio A according to that wiki page? I'm sure I've seen some output with a fake newsroom using green screen behind the presenter recently. In which case, when a presenter is interviewing and looking at a guest in another location at a screen using the fake green wall, what is he really looking at?

They may move to the green screen studio if there is maintenance.

Usually in a green screen studio, they will either have a green tinted projection onto one of the studio walls, roughly in the location of the virtual screen.

If they happen to have a touchscreen on set, that the presenter has to interact with, they'll put the screen in a green casing and tint the screen itself green, that way it will still be keyed out.

Studio A occasionally gets used for the News Channel for the hour before a BBC 1 bulletin if it isn't simulcast with World and Studio C is being used by World. Tends to happen more around clock changes when the schedule doesn't coincide with World's so easily.

I think Outside Source uses Studio A's gallery sometimes?

Does WNA still go through gallery A?

Thanks for your responses guys!
Although I basically knew how the virtual studio worked, I was more interested how the presenter interacted with a guest on location without an actual screen to see him or her.
Also, just found these Behind The Scenes videos if anyone else is still interested...
