BBC News Scotland failure

Did anyone see this today?
It had the BBC one fault slide, but it intermittently showed an empty wide shot of the normal studio.
Then When it got back up and running, it was being presented from a small desk in front of a green screen.

ohhh ... any caps?

I don't have a capture card, but I'm sure that Asa or someone would've capped it.

I said someone must have a cap. I only said Asa because he was the first person i thought of that has a capture card.

why must they have a cap?

I don't see why captures are such a big issue. Why not draw something and scan it in?

Is this what this forum has been reduced to? My dad can beat yours up? My dad is bigger than yours? My friend is better at arguments. God help us if this is the level we're sinking to.

I'm not looking for an argument. I'm simply enquiring why mr innman believes there *must* be a cap, as if someone from tvf is contracted to cap tv at all times.

Surely it would have been better to ask if someone perhaps had happened to cap it.
