Oh dear...

At least it'll get rid of the inconsistancy that I spoke of a while ago with BBC News having lots of different logos and a confusion of branding...

- the stripped |B|B|C| NEWS on a red datastream background (at end of N24 countdown)
- the stacked version in a box
- the world & swirls with stripped |B|B|C| NEWS underneath

Doesn't look that bad actually, apparently the regional titles are a bit of a mess with two BBC logos. I'm assuming one will be that BBC news logo.

Since when was a BBC logo box centred vertically...

Ah well, your idea looks fine to me, Martin.

It's still a rebrand, box or not, that will bring together all of BBC News, so in my opinion, the box won't bother me too much.

I think that's the worst logo ever created.

Thats debatable.

If the stack box logo features heavily in the new branding, why does the online site use the horizontal logo.
