BBC News Rebrand - This Monday

I hate that. That would be such a huge retrograde step.

CPS is a bespoke BBC system, used by BBC News and a few WS languages to update the BBC News website. I've heard there are plans to rationalise the number of different systems in use, and as a result English Regions are also due to be migrated to CPS.

The other big content management system is TOPCAT. This is used by the majority of World Service language services and the Gaelic language news service to update their web content.

So come on then. We've got hours to go. Can't someone give a few hints more than 'cats cradle' as to what the new look is like?

I see this 'cats-cradle' theory people have is almost reminiscent of the 1999 rings, so I do see it as a possibility. We shall see what LN have come up with shortly I guess. Although I expect the web branding to slightly differ by the time it is broadcast on TV.
