N6, is that about the same size it always looks bigger.


N6 is smaller, although it does have a lot of off camera areas which are still classed as N6 even though they are not actually part of the studio

Well they could of stuck it in N9 to give everyone a feel of what to expect from Tuesday.

They stuck the 9.30pm bulletin in N9 for a few days last week, why though - as there was nothing happening in N8 at the time.

Okay, you obviously have no idea what's going on.

1) N9 (current World) is the one which is closing when all is said and done.
2) N8 (current N24) will be World's new home once it's been refurbished
3) N6 (the Nationals home until it closed for refurbishment) will be home to the renamed BBC News channel and the 1 and 10.
4) News 24 were in N9 from 2130 to 2200 a couple of nights last week because they'll have to decamp to N9 (later NCool from 2130 to 2200 ONLY from Monday to allow the 10 to rehearse.
5) This is the only time except during NC/World simulcasts that NC will be in N9 or N8 from now on. The vast majority of the time, they'll be in N6.
6) Reread (4) and (5) again.

Oh God, I hadn't the patience to do that, but thank God you did. Is there any way this post can be stickied so we don't have to keep reading through pages of speculation about things we already know?

I will be, mainly since my normal job is working in nightclubs and I've not been to bed before 7am in the last 4 days. Friday night / saturday morning I put my dinner on at 6.10am...

DVB-T card in my PC is up and running ready for some captures later.

A delay to the move? N24 (or NC) merged with World for a week??
