I still can't believe that NorthWest Tonight were allowed to go ahead with a new look 6 months ago knowing they would have to adopt the full BBC News new look. Doesn't make sense.

Disappointing that they didn't manage to get any new music for their half a million, also very disappointed with the regional titles (as someone who watches North West Tonight).

The rebranding of News 24 to the BBC News Channel starts from the end of the 10 O'Clock News on Wednesday, 16th April, followed by a complete rebrand of all BBC News outlets - including regional TV - on the 21st.
So it seems like they're easing in the name.
