A bit disappointed that there's not much noticable difference in the music, but overall while these aren't as good as the original 1999 package (while the cream is a bit outdated now, the titles and original music in '99 hasn't been bettered since) they're such a massive improvement on the current red-on-black titles.

Yeah, immediately while watching, I figured the music wasn't right. It would be very unusual if they spent 500,000 on revamping the visual look while leaving the music alone.
Doesn't it say its the News Channel's Ident. Maybe the National News will be slightly different, or even slower paced?
BBC WORLD NEWS's ident intrigues me, I'd like to see that in motion, also the countdown and breakfillers, as these are (used to be at least) graphics intense.
