Got hold of a few more images - will put the ones of the endboards on each set of titles up later but heres a couple of the studio. The Huw one we've already seen and one of how it will look for the BBC News Channel.

The full tune is indeed similar to the 2002 version that was made when the regions introduced live action into the sequence, but it's not exactly the same.

It's nicer in full though.

Its nice that there is more of a melody to it, and it does feel lighter. It will be good to see it with the visuals...

I have to say, from what I've seen, and heard. We'll be most please come Monday. I'm loving the screenshots, not as sure about the studio backdrop, bit ITV.

Poor coding for a s**t browser.

I'm not sure about the new look - it just looks a bit to white and pink for me from here. Hopefully it'll look better on screen: I'm not particularly happy about the regional titles, or the superfluous rebrandings of News 24 and (?) World. Also, I haven't had a chance to listen to the music sting yet, so I'll do that when I get the chance.

Overall, I'll withhold judgement until I've seen the new countdown (one assumes they will revise the countdown) because that, IMO, is the best indicator of how good this graphics set's going to be.
