Hopefully NOT the skyscape thing. If they did something along the lines of World News Today, then I think that'd be good. Otherwise a well done newsroon image, either of the ral thing or a decent CGI version. I think that the image should carry on from the main backdrop to the side ones, rather than rapping round, if that makes sense?
so long as it isn't that awful one they used when they were in there temporarily with the srteched computer screens, then i'm happy
I don't think you've got me. It wasn't a backdrop in N6, it was just a full screen CSO of the real newsroom, used for 20 seconds during a recorded interview.
That is probably an interview done in the clip studio - which is also used for down-the-lines FROM TV Centre to regional news programmes, overseas broadcasters etc. It uses a recording of the newsroom as its backdrop (or a live shot - can't remember)
In relation to the One coming from the N24 studio, how are they going to work the presenter switchover? TOTH the One presenter can sit in during the countdown, same a any N24 change of guard , but at the end of the bulletin will the presenter stay on N24 until 2? Or will the N24 presenters be in a pod for the first report after hand back. Maybe having the weather outside the One and then when weather report is over BBC one goes straight to regions and N24 has the two presenters back on the desk.
Come to think of it, will they even bother bringing in a new presenter and just keep going with the two who are on the 11-2 shift for a double headed One.

They could do it the same way they bring guests in, just have a tight shot on the one presenter during the summary, while one N24 presenter comes in and sits down. End the simulcast with a sting instead of a wide shot. Come back to a tight shot of the N24, while you bring in the other presenter.
Last time the One was in News 24 for a week, the updates from the CSO, used a very short version of the 6/10 Update sting, rather than the studio pan (for obvious reasons!)

I doubt that the News 24 pairing 1100-1400 presenters would do the BBC One bulletin. Although the programme will be coming from News 24 - it is still a BBC One bulletin - and a BBC One "face" is likely to be deemed a requirement, and I doubt it would go double-headed.
What about the option of the One, Six and Ten becoming News hours fronted by the BBC One presenter, with the front-half on BBC One, and the back half on News 24 only? (The Six might be an issue as it isn't going to be coming from the same studio as the One, Ten and News 24 - but it would work for the One and Ten)

Used again this morning.
The one I saw was different from the one I recall seeing before, I think the one used today was the World return from break sting. - see the video below at 1.54:

Something which they're used to and works.
I suspect they will do what they did before, where Sophie throws to the regions, they will move to the two presenter shot and Ben Brown (todays 11-2 male) will have joined her, and Sophie will stay for the back half hour
