So Mishal did both 6 and 10 today plus Impact. Busy day.

Edit: She constantly looks tired, her eyes never fully open. Her style is fine for Impact but not, IMO, for Network, NC or even World bulletins.

I could make an observation, but as the TV Forum Thought Police jump on anything regarding presenters personal lives, I shan't bother!

She always had that type of sleepy presentation style so it's nothing new.

When Jon Sopel does the one, does he also do global?

Yes but just not on Friday which can be anyone.

Global doesn't broadcast on a Friday and is instead replaced by World Have Your Say and an Edition of BBC World News.

Anyone remember the former ITN newscaster Fiona Armstrong? Well she's presenting the BBC News right now. I must say, she hasn't changed.

Is it me, or is Adam Parsons a great newsreader? He's laid back and calm, but is also very professional. Watching him on NC now and he's very humorous!

Mishal Husain seems to project a rather non-smiley, 'sulking' face when the camera starts to switch to her, Only a second or two later, she starts to smile and seems a likeable woman. Otherwise, she looks rather unfriendly and a little fierce, totally 2 different polars of personality in my opinion. She doesn't prepare her smile quick enough for the cameras when returning from breaks, or start of her programme. She has also a bit of a strange way of mixing a rather informal interjection "erm erm" multiple times to words at the end of sentences, usually when she ends a particular story. To me, it seems to give an impression like she's no longer quite interested in the previous story and is impatient to get on the next story.

By the way, David Eades doing weekends on BBCWN now.
