Speaking of presenters who present the 1 taking up their afternoon shows Jane Hill is now on for the afternoon with Matthew after presenting today's 1 'o Clock News. Wonder will she slip away before 4:30.

I know this may sound like a stupid question but what time does the sport bulletin presenter change is it around 3 like the weather?

Normally the changeover takes place between the 3:30 bulletin and the 4:15 headlines - roughly about 7 hours on air for the 2 presenters.

Correct me if I'm wrong but is there not three weather presenters during the morning / lunchtime peroid?

Usually there is the breakfast weather presenter , who continues on until about 10 , and then another ( I'm a little unsure)
And then there is usually a presenter that takes over around 12 until 3.30

Is this a every weekday pattern or just a one off?

I think, but might be wrong, that the weather presenter on the BBC News Channel from around 10am is the early presenter from BBC Radio 4.

Is it just me who dislikes Mishal's bulletin presentation? She doesn't really show any energy or emotion, constantly nods or shakes her head as she talks and uses her hand to talk at the wrong moments.

Edit: She constantly looks tired, her eyes never fully open. Her style is fine for Impact but not, IMO, for Network, NC or even World bulletins.

Normally I wouldn't have a problem but as you mention, tonights Six was a bit odd, perhaps because of the Breaking News that pushed the other stories back, making some stories with just LIVE links and no VT's.

The quarter past was more like :18

At he beginning the zoom into Mishal seemed like a long zoom & tighter so we couldnt see as much outside reflection on the desk and she used as mentioned above the viewers left hand side screen rather than right.
Pure observation/opinion/may just be me
