Darshini David has been covering quite a few stories under the Economics correspondent title alongside Andrew Verity and Andrew Walker who have both been Economics correspondents for a long time.

Still no sign of Jane Hill making any appearances in 2019... anyone know what's going on please?

She hasn’t even tweeted since December despite being a regular tweeter before then. Lets not worry too much though, both Joanna Gosling and Reeta Chakrabarti have had long absences over the last couple of years.

The only person who has the right to know is Jane Hill.

Perhaps a straight answer one way of the other would shut the speculation up once and for all?

If I recall, Beth becomes Pol Ed at Sky in May.

She doesn't have to sacrifice her personal privacy to satisfy the unwarranted demands of a couple of people on TV Forum.

Or perhaps it is none of our business?

In other news, judging by recent comments on Twitter, it seems that Simon McCoy had a helluva time this afternoon with one particularly difficult interview. Anyone see what happened?

After Maryam did a feature on Virgin Atlantic allowing their staff not to wear make-up, she then asked her Asian guest about make-up and he replied that he was a white bloke who browned up for the interview! The two-way between Maryam with Simon has always been entertaining for the wrong reasons!
