Ben Brown was presenting with Rachel Schofield between 2 and 3 but she has been alone since.

Maybe because Ben Brown did the One he left early?

Who's been anchoring the BBC News Channel today? (Interesting just because it's Christmas day and all)

I've been watching it on and off all day and when I turned over to it, it was Christian Fraser.

I would say mostly interesting because for once you've been too busy to check the news channel

I've seen Christian Fraser and Julian Worricker this afternoon.

Christian did the morning/early afternoon shift, Julian did the mid afternoon shift, Lukwesa is on the late shift and Tom Donkin is doing WNT.
Although the only 'interesting' thing about it is Julian working at the weekend as standard shift patterns has been observed all weekend.

With BBC1 Bulletins going to Jane Hill.

And Jane continuing up until midnight on the News Channel due to the death of George Michael

Ben Brown doing both the BBC1 bulletins as well as the late shift on the News Channel today

Thus proving there's absolutely no need for a separate network newsreader at weekends.

Interesting to see correspondent Richard Lister presenting on the News Channel this morning.

Must be a last minute thing though as Joanna was on in the 9am hour (but sounded really unwell).
