I think you're inferring criticism of the production team which wasn't intended. It's an interesting conversation whether that incorrect music was because the bulletin was mounted at short notice from a studio centre which doesn't routinely produce bulletins in that format so may not have the usual titles available, or if it was finger trouble or an NWT running order template had been used and it didn't get changed.

If insiders care to correct incorrect speculation such contributions are always welcome, but I don't think asking people not to speculate on things relating to presentation (as distinct from particular newsreaders' shift patterns, absences etc) on a site like this is realistic.

Sorry, I misled, there was no criticism of any of the production team - it's just that in a live programme environment unplanned things come happen so you make the best of what you can with what you have at hand. That goes for the running order if say a live feed goes down, the news editor/producer has to shift stuff around pretty quickly and accurately.

Whatever happened in the programme above was clean for the viewer.

Lukwesa on BBC1 for the Sunday morning hour from 9am.. How long before she's covering Breakfast? I think she's brilliant.

She even made it onto the network bulletin at lunchtime.

Worth noting Lukwesa starts presenting Inside Out East Midlands on Monday 5th September.

Lukwesa seemed to be struggling with the autocue or something yesterday morning, a shame because she's usually very good.

Yes I also noticed her autocue reading was very poor. Maybe just nerves? Or is it a different system from what she has been used to?

Having not seen the video but maybe she was a self op previously or is starting to self op. Or it could be so,etching as simple as the operator not having enough training with her - to learn her ins / outs and overall style. I remember a video Maxine Mawhinney did for BBC Academy that said it was key to rehearse with your operator as everyone is different.

There's also a plethora of reasons from not writing and therefore not knowing what word is coming next, to rewording your script to suit your style as well as the reasons outlined above.

I've seen this car with this logo on two separate times in the same place here in Los Angeles. I was wondering what it was. I guess it's a series?
