Lucy Hockings is solo presenting now on both BBCWN and NC.

Karin Gianonne and Martine Croxall is now presenting for both BBCWN and NC at Studio B.

Lyse Doucet leading the coverage for this hour.

I assume it is being aired on BBCNC and BBC4 now?

It would appear so.

Philippa Thomas is now presenting the news bulletin for BBC World News and BBC4 from Studio C, surprisingly it is still with BBC News channel.

Oh, Lyse is back. I wonder if her lights will try attacking her again this hour? They look like they've been moved back a bit now after twice she's nearly ended up with one in the face.

lol i've noticed that... Lyse suddenly got brighter and she got that shocked look in her face.

The BBC also has Mishal Husain and Tim Willcox supporting Lyse from various vantage points across the city.

Doucet and Husain finally dismissing the Male supremacy in News Presenting once and for all. This afternoon's NC output really should be put in for an award. A triumph.

Good though it was, it did make me wonder if any actual news was happening in the world this afternoon.

Does anyone know when Katya Adler is supposed to assume role as Europe Editor? I'm sure BBC said she would take over from Gavin Hewitt in Autumn 2014, but Gavin is still incumbent.
