Was the ' his interviewing technique was great' your way of getting round the rules of not being allowed to ask who presented at a certain time for your creepy website?
Who was on the BBC News at Five O'Clock?

So glad I wasn't the only one who thought that when I saw it!

Jimmy Frinton.
On a completely unrelated note, is it against the rules to give the wrong answer?

If we said Jeremy Thompson, would his website melt by-default? Worth a try?

I'm not from the United Kingdom, but I understand that the Poppy has something to do with the Commemoration of British Soldiers during the World Wars... but I'm not sure how and who could wear it.
But I saw Rico Hizon wearing it for the past week during his newscast, and I'm wondering if that is allowed?

Allowed in what respect, BBC impartiality rules? The poppy is pretty much the only charity appeal symbol which is allowed on-screen for newsreaders.
On domestic bulletins they're fairly ubiquitous with just a select few choosing not to wear them on screen.
