Nice to see another new face on Breakfast this morning. Christian Fraser joins the team alongside Naga.

Is Naga going to continue presenting TWT on World occasionally or will there be a cutoff date, after which she would no longer do TWT (like Mishal departing to Radio 4 and doing no more Impact). I'd thought she had gone Breakfast all the way since a week or two back due to her more prolonged absence, but she managed to pop up on TWT again last week.

I imagine Naga will continue to appear on the early morning programme on BBC World early in the week. She presents Breakfast only 3 days a week (Thursday-Saturday), so that leaves a day or two to do something else.

Her fellow presenter Louise Minchin (who presents Monday-Wednesday), for example, presents other programmes as well as Breakfast, and had a regular Five Live slot for two days a week until earlier this year.

Mishal still presents BBC1 news every Sunday evening.

Mishal presents the Sunday evening news only if she wasn't on Today that same morning.

No loss. Find his delivery very dry.

Huw Edwards was on today's News at Five but isn't on today's Ten. He doesn't do this much where he appears on the five only. Normally either both the five and ten or just the ten on occasions.

Fiona is on tonight's Ten

Perhaps he had some important business to attend to. He does quite hard presenting two news shows every day though.

Good to see that Sophie Long has produced a report being shown today on Breakfast. She does seem to be better at her job reporting rather then doing presenting.

I think she might just be doing the reporting as meanwhile she's been doing the 90 second update because of Ellie on maternity leave.

Don't want to be picky - but do you know she produced it? In BBC News it is still not unusual for a package to have both a reporter AND a producer. These days producers may produce more than one package per bulletin, and in some cases a reporter will self-produce, but I wouldn't assume that because a reporter's voice is heard or you see them in a piece to camera or interview that they actually produced the report. (In the regions however it is a fair bet as most reporters self-produce in that environment - partially because the reports are often far more rushes based)

I suspect that the previous poster meant produced in the sense that there was a report by her on the programme rather than literally produced by her.

In other words that she was reporting rather than presenting.
