Any farewell giggles yet?

Interesting montage for the farewell, I preferred those old bold red graphics News 24 used to have.

So is this likely to mean he won't be doing national news on BBC1 anymore?

Well we thought this when Jon Sopel left the NC for World but then once the NC moved to NBH he presented the One a few times last year and this year.

I refuse to believe this until you provide us with the dates.

I see that Julian Worricker has had his fair share of shifts these past two days... He was in for Clive last night, did this morning's 11-2 and the film review. Missing Martine Croxall again

Jon Sopel filing what I think might be his first report from the US tonight. Lucy Williamson has also been quite busy on BBC radio from Paris this week.

Who the hell is the guy presenting the money show at the moment? He's terrible... can't read the autocue and is stammering a lot. It's embarrassing.

I was just about to post on this. He was so bad, I felt sorry for him! His guest looked like he was reassuring him as the closing music played.

Ramzan Karmali - He has presented Your Money several times before and wasn't good then either. What it does show however is how good the BBC's usual Business presenters actually are.
