I suspect that is the sort of thing we may see more of. They talked about the benefits of weather presenters being integrated into the newsroom with the BH move, and the potential to use their expertise.
Weather presenter Peter Gibbs has just produced a report/package about the weather during the Normandy Landing. Quite rare to see a weather presenter filing a package. He even signed off as 'Peter Gibbs, BBC News'.
