As I left home this morning, I'm sure Komla Dumor was just opening an edition of BBC World News. When I arrived home tonight, he was still on screen! That's one helluva long bully! 12 hours, no less.

At least Sophie Ikenye presents Focus on Africa because of that!

A question I have about Sophie Ikenye: Has she ever presented any other programmes on BBC Word News instead of just FoA?
In other news........former BBC World News (and ITN, CNN and Bloomberg) anchor, Owen Thomas, is relocating to Denmark next month to be the head of SAXO TV, a division of SAXO Bank.
Hi, first post! Does anyone know if Emily Maitlis has a slot on NC? According to Wikipedia (not overly trustworthy, but...), she still presented 2-5 along with Matthew Amroliwala, and they have a source to prove it. Apart from presenting the News at Five a week ago, I haven't seen her!
Wow, Komla Dumor is just showing up everywhere... Now he is presenting GMT.
I hope Jon is back for Global...
Nope! Jon's still away. The Silver Fox is on Global.
And (says me quoting myself), The Silver Fox is also doing World News Today! Filling in for the holidaying Philippa Thomas. We had Mister Eades last evening. Tomorrow and Friday shall be Badawi days!
