Aaron finished his shift early today. He's off to Australia on holiday for a couple of weeks. They asked me to fill in for him, but I'm no good at stand-up news on a catwalk.

He didn't move over straightaway, the last time I saw him on the news he was still business editor. I assume he is waiting for his replacement to join the BBC. His twitter bio still has Business Editor on it.
On the subject of twitter Laura Kuenssberg has returned to her old '@BBCLauraK' handle already I see.
How long has Peston been Economics Editor now, the BBC's Business page still states that he is Business Editor.
