It's actually News Channel simulcast on World for the Mandela passing. Not sure when will World switch back to its own programming. I was hoping the World presenters would join NC like they did a few times in the past, or the other way round NC joining WN, but apparently I don't see the likes of Kasia Madera, so it's all just NC.

Well we saw during the 10 that Kasia and Jon Sopel are standing by in studio C, not sure what the duty NC presenter is doing now.

0100 Kasia and Jon are staying on.

What a treat at 2am, Mike Embley and Jon Sopel side by side... couldn't think of 2 better presenters to cover the story overnight.

Did Jon stay all the way up to 0500 GMT?
