What's the betting he did BBC World earlier

Nope, he didn't appear on World at all yesterday (surprisingly). The fill-in presenter we had yesterday was Geeta Guru-Murthy (in for Mishal Husain) and Lyse Doucet (in for Nik Gowing).

Other subject - has James Dagwell left the newsreading team?

Don't he have a home to go to? He always seems to be on, when I switch on.

There's something about him in that picture which puts me in mind of a mannequin from the shop window of a gentlemen's outfitters.

Yes, almost as if one expects Mr. Humphries to appear from the rear.......with a tape measure in his hand.

It's probably the mattress he sleeps on at BBC.

As if any Blue Peter viewers know who Tim Wilcox is, couldn't they have got a bigger name? Shocked

Louise, who had also done the afternoon shift with Ben Brown in the studio and Jon at the conference.
