... and according to Simon Mayo's twitter feed his subsequent media interviews were conducted in his (Mayo's) lounge.

Lol, I'm surprised he can still see straight. Today, he's done the BBC World morning shift, the afternoon News 24 shift and now the late night News 24 shift. He must have been at TVC since at least 7.00am. I'm absolutely sick of seeing him no matter which channel I turn on...this is overkill!

It has been mentioned several times that he's now doing the BBC World news, and from what I've seen he's quite good.

It has been mentioned several times that he's now doing the BBC World news, and from what I've seen he's quite good.

Another classic McCoy moment this morning - just before the NC opt-out, Breakfast had a fitness instructor in, who demonstrated a few press-up exercises on the baking tray.

Then, as Kate did the usual 'coming up on the NC' bit, we see Mr McCoy in 'mid-air' in a press-up position with his hands leaning on the desk and a member of floor staff holding his ankles up in the air!

Where else would you get it? I've said it before and I'll say it again . . . give the man an Oscar! Laughing
