This is my video I've just uploaded today finally, and it's from 3 weeks ago. What relevance does it have now? None. I'm tiring of your continual pointless use of images and video.

Please, please just be more selective of what you put on the forum. It's getting predictable, wasting time and screen space, and is testing my patience.

Is it just me or is anyone else starting to grate with Ben Brown in the mornings saying that BBC News is 'Live from the Olympic Park? Yes we all know that already, its not like they're broadcasting from the moon is it?

That closing shot is actually quite poor! I don't know what type of camera it is (jib or ped), and I don't know how low the peds can go, but it would be a bit nicer to either have the camera on the outer 'ring' of the rostrum, much like the final TC7 close for Breakfast then lift and smoothly stop, of have a camera down the far end of the studio panning or zooming back to include the cameras etc.

I thought I'd escape him for a few days while I'm away from the World access. However, Tim on the 5pm and the 11pm on the NC. He truly is omnipresent.

Never mind.

He said 'hell'. Twice. On a news programme! Where did I put my green fountain pen?

Worth a look, if only for his intro: http://www.bbc.co.uk/i/b01ll5x6/
He appears to be pencilled in for Wednesday and Thursday next week too.
